Call to order <br />2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additionaltime <br />may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the <br />Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a fixture agenda, an existing <br />policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.) <br />3. Review and approve the minutes from the August 2026 meeting. <br />4. Review and approve the August 2026 Financial Statements from Westwood. <br />5. Approve return of contributions to Conner Brinkley. <br />6. Discussion and action on filling open board positions. <br />7. Elect officers to the board. <br />8. Approve payment on invoices. <br />9. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and <br />Retirement Fund received after the last meeting. <br />10.
