AGENDA
1. Call meeting to order.
2. Citizens' input.
(Persons desiring to address the Board must limit their presentation to no more than two minutes, and remarks must be limited to
matters of city business. Speakers will not be allowed to cede speaking time to others. Unless an item is posted on the Agenda,
the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future
agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against the City, Board Members, or
employees, including but not limited to claims in pending litigation, as well as individual personal appeals are not appropriate for
citizens' forum.)
If necessary, the Board of Directors may convene into Executive Session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code
regarding any item on this agenda.
3. Welcome newly appointed Board member Scott Miles.
4. Appoint a Chairman and Vice -Chairman of the TIRZ Board of Directors.
5. Approve Minutes from the Meeting on January 8, 2026.
6. Receive an update on the status of the Financial Projection tool.
7. Receive an update on the 1St Street Project from Engineering Department Manager Steve Hodges.
8. Receive a presentation from Cheri Bedford regarding landscaping for the 1st Street Project and discuss and
consider appointing a volunteer to serve on a subcommittee for the project.
9. Discuss the funding proposal process.
10. Review and approve an annual report for the year 2022.
11. Discuss next TIRZ meeting date.
12. Request future agenda items.
13. Adjournment.
