COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
The City of Paris invites all citizens to a public hearing 5:05 p.m. on Thursday, September 17,
2026, at Paris City Hall, 135 SE 11t St., Paris, Texas 75460, to review performance and obtain
comments regarding its 2023 Texas CDBG Program Community Development Contract No.
CDM23-0207. Disabled persons or those who require auxiliary aids or services who wish to
attend this meeting should contact the City Clerk, Janice Ellis, at 903-784-9248, at least three
days before the meeting to make arrangements.
