MINUTES OF THE LOVE CIVIC CENTER BOARD MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />July 9, 2026 <br />The Love Civic Center Board of the City of Paris met for a regular session at 12:15 p.m. on <br />Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Love Civic Center, 2025 S. Collegiate. <br />Present: Board Members: Zach Saffle, Patty Nix, Brittany Chaidemenos, Owen <br />Jobe, Levi Graham, Montgomery Moore, Peggy McClaren, Ashley Green, <br />Dawson Dority and Austin Anthony. <br />City Representatives: <br />Absent: Board Members: Hunter Jones, Gary Flynn, Trey Kraft, Robert Staples, and Brad <br />Ramsey. <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Paul Allen, President, called the meeting to order at 12:16 p.m. <br />2. Citizens' Forum. <br />No one present. <br />3. Approve minutes from the meeting of May 14, 2026, a motion to approve this item was made by <br />Owen Jobe, seconded by Ashley Green, motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays. <br />4. Receiving the financial report from Paul Allen, a motion to approve this item was made by Levi <br />Graham, seconded by Brittany Chaidemenos. Motion carried, 10 ayes, 0 nays. <br />5. Randy Nation stated Gene Watson had 800 attendees, Tour de Paris is on July 18 and Gun and <br />Knife Show on July 25. <br />6. Paul Allen stated that Bratcher's is doing great on flower beds. <br />Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, A Motion to adjourn was made by Board Member Dawson Donny, <br />seconded by Board Member Montgomery Moore, Motion carried, 10 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Paul Allen adjourned the meeting at 12:25 p.m. <br />Robert Staples, Chairman <br />
