PENSION BOARD MEETING AGENDA
Tuesday October
13th, 2026
The Paris Firemens Relief and Retirement Fund's Trustees will
meet in the Conference Room of Station One at 1444 North Main Street
on Tuesday, October 13th 2026, at 3:00 p.m.
2. The public may address the Board. Five minutes will be allotted to each person. Additionaltime
may be granted. (Unless an item is posted on the Agenda, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the
Board from responding to any comments other than to refer the matter to a future agenda, an existing
policy, or a staff person with specific, factual information.)
3. Review and approve the minutes from the september 2026 meeting.
4. Review and approve the September 2026 Financial Statements from Westwood.
5. Elect officers to the board.
6. Approve payment on invoices.
7. Review and take action on the correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after the last meeting.
