SUBJECT: Family Video Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
1. Provide an inset of the current lot configuration showing City Block and lot numbers.
2. Show the existing zoning on the plat.
3. Show building lines (setbacks) and any existing easements.
4. Label the lot as Block A, Lot 1.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
