1. Call meeting to order.

[Matters of a routine nature are placed on a single consent agenda for City
Council consideration. Items appearing on a consent agenda are approved by
a single vote of Council, with such approval applicable to all items appearing
on said agenda. If any Council member desires to discuss and consider
separately any item appearing on the consent agenda, that Council member
may do so by requesting that the item be removed from the consent agenda
and considered as a separate item.]
2. Receipt of reports and/or minutes from committees, boards, and

3. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
A. Providing that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be
amended by revising Section 6-22(a) to correct a reference contained therein
and Section 6-22(b) of said Code, providing that the Airport Manager may issue
or renew Permits for Aeronautical Activities to applicants who comply with the
provisions of Article I, Chapter 6, of the Code of Ordinances.

4. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Tax Sale Deed for Lot 12, City
Block 52, being located at 714 Graham Street.
B. Approving the grounds sublease between Red River Valley Fair Association,
Inc. and Reno Fire and Rescue, a Texas Corporation.
5. Presentation on status of revising mobile home ordinance.
6. Presentation by City Staff regarding the wage and salary survey and possible update
thereof.
7. Discussion on the status of trash service within the City of Paris.
8. Citizens Forum.
(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to two (2)
minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance notice of the
subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to appear on the agenda,
City Council is limited in its response to referring the matter to a future agenda, to an
existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information. Claims against
the City and individual personnel appeals are not appropriate for Citizens Forum).
