SUBJECT: Prospera Place Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. The preliminary plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations. Construction plans shall be submitted
with all the items listed on the "Development Plan Review" checklist to the Engineering
Department for review prior to any development at this location.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
