1994-072-RES WHEREAS, the terms of office of Joel McCray, Joe McCarthy and as members of the Planning and Zoning
RESOLUTION NO. 94-072
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Joel McCray, Joe McCarthy and Nadine Ausbie
as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, does hereby recommend
the re- appointments of Joel McCray, Joe McCarthy and Nadine Ausbie for a term of three
(3) years, beginning July 1, 1994, and ending June 30, 1997; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
the re-appointments of Joel McCray, Joe McCarthy and Nadine Ausbie, to serve as
members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of three
(3) years, beginning July 1, 1994, and ending June 30, 1997, be, and the same are hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris.
