1994-069-RES WHEREAS, the term of office of John F. Bell as a member of Commission of the City of Paris did expire on
RESOLUTION NO. Q4-0h 9
WHEREAS, the term of office of John F. Bell as a member of the Building
Commission of the City of Paris did expire on December 31, 1993; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, does hereby
recommend the appointment of William E. Cupit as Realtor for a term of two (2)
years, beginning January 1, 1994, and ending December 31, 1995; and,
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Building
Commission due to the resignation of Marvin Snodgrass, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, having
appointed Paul Lemons, TU Electric to replace Marvin Snodgrass as a permanent
member, and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the City
of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the appointment of William E. Cupit as Realtor to serve as a member of the
Building Commission of the City of Paris, for a term of two (2) years, beginning
January 1, 1994, and ending December 31, 1995, be, and the same is hereby
approved and confirmed by the City Council of the City of Paris; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appointment of Paul Lemons, TU
Electric, as a permanent member of the Building Commission, is, by the City
Council of the City of Paris, hereby approved and confirmed.
