RESOLUTION NO. 94-057
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning and
Zoning Commission due to the resignation of Aaron Jenkins, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, having
appointed John Mark Davis to serve the unexpired term of Aaron Jenkins, which
ends December 31, 1994, and has submitted the name of such person to the City
Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the appointment of John Mark Davis as a member of the Planning and
Zoning Commission to serve the unexpired term of Aaron Jenkins, which ends
December 31, 1994, is, by the City Council of the City of Paris, hereby approved
and confirmed.
