RESOLUTION NO. 94-052
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning and
Zoning Commission due to the resignation of Eric S. Clifford, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Don Shelton, having
appointed Joel McCray to serve the unexpired term of Eric S. Clifford, which ends
June 30, 1994, and has submitted the name of such person to the City Council of the
City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the appointment of Joel McCray, as a member of the Planning and Zoning
Commission to serve the unexpired term of Eric S. Clifford, which ends June 30,
1994, is, by the City Council of the City of Paris, hereby approved and confirmed.
