1994-049-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is and has been with ensuring that the districts of the City
RESOLUTION NO. 94.049
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is and has been concerned
with ensuring that the districts of the City of Paris are constitutionally constituted;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore in Resolutions No. 94-036 and
No. 94-037 approve the appointments of fourteen (15) citizens to serve on the
Redistricting Committee; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 94-016, one additional
position on said Redistricting Committee remains to be filled; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the appointment by the Mayor of the City of Paris of Gary Meggs to the
Redistricting Study Committee, be, and it is hereby confirmed.
