1994-039-RES WHEREAS, VACANCY EXISTS ON THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE PEDC BOARD
RESOLUTION NO. 94-039
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Paris Economic
Development Corporation Board due to the resignation of Eric S. Clifford, and it is
necessary to appoint his successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, George Fisher, has submitted
the name of Richard M. Amis to serve the unexpired term of Eric S. Clifford, which
expires July 19, 1994, to the City Council of the City of Paris; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS;
that the appointment of Richard M. Amis, as a member of the Paris Economic
Development Corporation Board of Directors to serve the unexpired term of Eric S.
Clifford, which expires July 19, 1994, is, by the City Council of the City of Paris,
hereby appointed and confirmed.
