1994-037-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL IS AND HAS BEEN WITH ENSUING THAT THE DISTRICTS OF COP
RESOLUTION NO. 94-03Q
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is and has been concerned
with ensuring that the districts of the City of Paris are constitutionally constituted;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore in Resolution No. 94-036
approve the appointments of fourteen (14) citizens to serve on the Redistricting
Committee; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with Resolution No. 94-016, two additional
positions on said Redistricting Committee remain to be filled; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the appointment by the Mayor of the City of Paris of Marshall Kent, Jr. to the
Redistricting Study Committee, be, and it is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED the 25th day of April, 1994.
