1994-026-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID IN MARCH 1994 IN RESOLUTION NO 94-018
RESOLUTION NO. 94-026
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did, on the 10th day
of March, 1994, in Resolution No. 94-018, declare certain property to be surplus
and authorize the execution of a contract for auction of the same; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has been furnished an additional list of
personal property, attached hereto as Exhibit A, which no longer serves a useful
purpose for the City of Paris and its operation, and it would be appropriate that
said personal property be declared surplus property; and,
WHEREAS, it would be appropriate to add said surplus property to the
list of items to be auctioned on April 16, 1994; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the personal property described in Exhibit A be, and the same is
hereby, declared to be surplus property of the City of Paris and the same may be
added to the list of property to be auctioned on April 16, 1994, in accordance
with the laws of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Paris.
