1994-014-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID RESOLUTION NO 88-009 APPROVE COX FIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 94-014
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in
Resolution No. 88-009 approve the Cox Field Fixed Base Operator Lease to J. B.
RICHEY, INC.; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement were revised with Addendum
Number One by Resolution No. 90-054, dated June 11, 1990, changing the office
space area; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement were revised with Addendum
Number Two by Resolution No. 91-077, dated July 15, 1991, establishing insurance
requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of revision and an
Addendum Number Three to Lease Agreement dated February 8, 1988, in the form
of Exhibit A attached hereto should be approved; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that Addendum Number Three to Lease Agreement dated February 8, 1988,
with J. B. Richey, Inc., in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto, is hereby
approved.
BE IT .lfRTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris, George
Fisher, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City
of Paris, Addendum Number Three to Lease Agreement dated February 8, 1988,
attached hereto as Exhibit A.

ADDENDUM NUMBER THREE TO COX FIELD FIXED BASE OPERA TOR
LEASE DATED FEBRUARY 8, 1988, BETWEEN J. B. RICHEY, INC. AND
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this Addendum to Cox
Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 8, 1988, made this 14th day of
February, 1994, by and between J. B. RICHEY, INC., by and through its President,
J. B. Richey, hereinafter called LESSEE, and the CITY OF PARIS, Paris, Texas,
acting by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, duly authorized, hereinafter called
LESSOR.
WITNESSETH:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between LESSEE and LESSOR as
follows:
that Article I, A. be amended to read as follows:
"A. Description of Premises Demised. The demised premises are 16' by 29'
outlined in green on the plat marked Exhibit "A" and 224.5 square feet being the
area outlined in green on plat marked Exhibit A-l.....
and that Article V, C. is hereby amended to read as follows:
"C. Payment for Office Rental. The 224.5 square feet of office space
described on Exhibit A-I attached hereto is leased to LESSEE at the monthly rate
of $200.00, which shall be paid monthly on or before the 10th day of the month
following the month for which the same is due. "
