1994-007-RES WHEREAS, IT HAS BEEN CALLED TO THE ATTENTION OF CITY COUNCIL THAT HEREINAFTER
RESOLUTION NO. 94-007
WHEREAS, it has been called to the attention of the City Council of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, that the hereinafter named structures are in an unsafe and dilapidated condition and
constitute a fire hazard and a hazard to the life and welfare of the inhabitants of the area, and
the City Council has been requested to order the Building Hazard Inspection Committee to hold
a hearing to determine the condition of the structures complained of, and the properties involved

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, that the Building Hazard Inspection Committee Composed of the City Engineer; the
Chief, Paris Fire Department and the Director of Community Development, proceed to call a
hearing to notify the owners, and, if any, occupants of the property, and to notify such owners
whose residences are not known by publishing the same in the newspaper as required by law,
and after such hearing to report their findings to the City Council in accordance with Article III
of Chapter 7 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris.
