1994-004-RES WHEREAS, ORDINANCE NO 92-029 ADDING WASTEWATER DISCHARGE AND DISPOSAL
RESOLUTION NO. 94-004
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 92-029, adding Article III.
Wastewater Discharge and Disposal, contemplated the setting
of fees by Resolution when it became appropriate to set the
same; and,
WHEREAS, the following fees are recommended by the City
of Paris Utilities Department for approval:
Sec. 34-13l(c)(6)a) Permit
Initial Fee $100.00
Annual Renewal $ 50.00
Sec. 34-131(c)(6)b) Waste Disposal at POTW.
Subject to surcharge at current surcharge rates.
o - 1,000 gal. $33.00
Allover 1,000 gal. $33.00 per 1,000 gal.
Sec. 34-131(c)(6)c) Manifest System
$ 7.50 per book; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
that the Permit Fees, Waste Transporters Fees, and the Fee
for the Manifest System Book under Ordinance 92-029 be, and
the same are hereby established as follows:
Sec. 34-13l(c)(6)b) Waste Disposal at POTW.
Subject to surcharge at current surcharge rates.
o - 1,000 gal. $33.00
Allover 1,000 gal. $33.00 per 1,000 gal.
Sec. 34-l31(c)(6)c) Manifest System
$ 7.50 per book.
Passed and adopted the 10th day of January, 1994.
