1998-044-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL RECEIVED REQUEST FOR COMMITMENT
RESOLUTION NO.
98-044
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has received a request for a commitment
of raw water from Industrial Prospect No. 02-106-98, and it is deemed appropriate that such
request be granted and that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be authorized to execute a letter
of commitment; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
request for a commitment of raw water from Industrial Prospect No. 02-106-98 be, and the same
is hereby, granted; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager, Michael E. Malone, be, and he
is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, a letter of
commitment.
