1998-019-AMENDMENT TO COX FIELD BASE OPERATOR LEASE
RESOLUTION NO. 98-019
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 14th day of
February, 1994, pass Resolution No. 97-014, which said Resolution was incorrect and requires
correction; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that
Resolution No. 94-014, be, and the same is hereby, amended so that such shall read as follows:
"WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on
February 4, 1993, in Resolution No. 93-012, approve the Cox Field Fixed Base
Operator Lease to J. B. RICHEY, INC.; and,
"WHEREAS, the terms of the lease agreement are in need of revision; and,
"WHEREAS, the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement
dated February 4, 1993, attached hereto as Exhibit A, should, in all things, be
approved, and the Mayor, George Fisher, should be authorized to execute the
same; NOW, THEREFORE,
"BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the form of Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated
February 4, 1993, with J. B. Richey, Inc., attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and
the same is hereby, approved; and,
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the City of Paris,
George Fisher, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf
of the City of Paris, Addendum Number One to Lease Agreement dated February
14, 1994, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A,
attached hereto."

DATED FEBRUARY 4, 1993, BETWEEN J. B. RICHEY, INC.
AND CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that this Addendum Number One to Cox
Field Fixed Base Operator Lease dated February 4, 1993, is made this 14th day of February,
1994, by and between J. B. RICHEY, INC., acting by and through its President, J. B. Richey,
duly authorized, hereinafter called LESSEE, and the CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, acting
by and through its Mayor, George Fisher, duly authorized, hereinafter called LESSOR.
WIT N E SSE T H:
It is hereby mutually agreed by and between LESSEE and LESSOR that Article I, A and
C be amended so that the same shall read as follows:
"A. Description of Premises Demised. The demised premises are 16' by 29' outlined
in green on the plat marked Exhibit "A" and 224.5 square feet being the area
outlined in green on plat marked Exhibit A-I.....
"
"c. Payment for Office Rental. The 224.5 square feet of office space described on
Exhibit A-I attached hereto is leased to LESSEE at the monthly rate of $200.00,
which shall be paid monthly on or before the 10th day of the month following the
month for which the same is due."
