WHEREAS, the terms of office of Bill Lightfoot, Louise
Hagood, JoAnn Parkman, Patricia Davis, Mary Lou Williams,
Debb ie Bur ks and Dav id Denney as member s of the Hi s tor i c
Landmark Preservation Commission of the City of Paris, will
expire on June 30, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Eric S.
Clifford, does hereby recommend the re-appointment of Bill
Lightfoot, Architect; Louise Hagood, as Historian; JoAnn
Parkman, representing the Industrial Development Commission;
Patricia Davis, representing the Lamar County Historical
Commission; Debbie Burks, representing the Lamar County
Historical Society; David Denney, Member at Large; and the
appointment of Daisy Harvill, Direcor of Aikin Archives; for
a term of two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1990, and ending
June 30, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, that the re-appointment of Bill Lightfoot, Louise
Hagood, JoAnn Parkman, Patr icia Davis, Debbie Burks, David
Denney, and the appointment of Daisy Harvill for a term of
two (2) years, beginning July 1, 1990, and ending June 30,
1992, to serve as member s of the His tor ic Landmar k
Preservation Commission of the City of Paris, be, and the
same are hereby approved and confirmed by the City Council
of the City of Paris.
