RESOLUTION NO. 90-044
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership
of the Planning and Zoning Commission due to the
resignation of Billy Joe Burnett, and it is necessary to
appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of
Paris, Eric S. Clifford, having appointed Bill Davidson
to serve the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett, which
ends December 31, 1991, and has submitted the name of
such person to the City Council of the City of Paris;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS: That the appointment of Bill Davidson, as a
member of the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve
the unexpired term of Billy Joe Burnett, which ends
December 31, 1991, is by the City Council of the City of
Paris hereby approved and confirmed.
