1990-038-RES WHEREAS, the City staff has recently reviewed Emergency Management Plan and from that review the

WHEREAS, the City staff has recently reviewed the City's
Emergency Management Plan and from that review the need for
key personnel identification has been identified as a need;
and,
WHEREAS, due to the fact of the time of year and the
urgency for all needs to be satisfied as rapidly as possible,
advertisement for bids for furnishing the materials and
equipment necessary for Employee Identification Card System
was made with bids being received up to 3:00 p.m., Monday,
April 23,1990, with bids to be let at the regular council
meeting on May 14, 1990, which advertisement should be
ratified; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS
that the advertisement for bids for furnishing the materials
and equipment necessary for Employee Identification Card
System, be, and the same is hereby ratified and approved for
letting on May 14, 1990.
