1990-028-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of heretofore in Resolution No. 89-107, authorize procurement of RESOLUTION NO. 90-028 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore in Resolution No. 89-107, authorize the procurement of easements for the Drainage Improvements for 1000 Block of 33rd Street S.E. project; and, WHEREAS, the property needed for said project has been appraised and it is right and proper that the City Attorney offer said appraised amount to the owner of such property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, be, and he is hereby authorize and directed to offer the appraised amount for the proper ty descr i bed in Exh i bit A attached hereto and in the event that such sum is not acceptable to the owner of such property to proceed as authorized in said Resolution No. 89-012. Passed and adopted this 12th day of March, 1990. ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: McCORMACK EASEMENT DESCRIPTION SITUATED within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of lots 6 and 7, City Block 295, which was described in Deed dated April 16, 1975, from R. H. Deaton and wife, Ruth Deaton to Louis A. McCormack and wife, Lucille McCormack, recorded in Volume 567, Page 735, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point in the northeast corner of Lot 6, said point being the southeast corner of Lot 7; THENCE, north along the east boundary line of Lot 7 a di$tance of 7.5 feet to a point; THENCE, west a distance of 190 feet to a point in the east boundary line of Lovers Lane; THENCE, south along the east boundary line of said street a distance of 15 feet to a point, passing the northwest corner of Lot 6 at 7.5 feet; THENCE, east a distance of 190 feet to a point in the east boundary line of Lot 6; THENCE, north a distance of 7.5 feet to the point of beginning containing .06 acres, more or less.
