1990-012-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of joint Resolution No. 89-134, passed and adopted on day of
RESOLUTION NO. 90-012
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did in
joint Resolution No. 89-134, passed and adopted on the 13th
day of November, 1989, with the Commissioners Court of the
County of Lamar and the Paris-Lamar County Board of Health,
which recommended contracting with Agnes B. Xavier, M.D., for
professional medical services to be rendered through the
Paris-Lamar County Health Unit should be repealed; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That joint Resolution 89-134, which was passed and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Paris on the 13th day of
November 1989, which was never passed and adopted by the
County of Lamar nor the Paris-Lamar County Health Unit, be,
and the same is hereby repealed and held ror naught.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of February, 1990.
