1990-006-RES WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris in Resolution No. 88-073, passed on July 21, 1988 the
RESOLUTION NO. 90-006
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did hereto-
fore in Resolution No. 88-073, passed on July Ll, 1988, approve
the execution of hay and pasture lease agreements with Kyle
Clement; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Clement is no longer a resident of this State
and has requested the City Council of the City of Paris to
approve the execu t ion of an as s ignment of the Pas ture Lease to
Jim Coplin and Kelly Coplin; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to continue to lease this
portion of the Cox Field Airport property; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
That the assignment of the Pasture Lease from Kyle Clement to Jim
Coplin and Kelly Coplin is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Mayor of the City of Paris,
Eric S. Clifford, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute on behalf of the City of Paris the Assignment in the form
of Exhibit A attached hereto.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT, KYLE CLEMENT, hereinafter called ASSIGNOR, for
consideration of the assumption of ASSIGNOR'S obligations under
the assumed lease, does hereby bargain, sell and ass ign to JIM
COPLIN and KELLY COPLIN, hereinafter called ASSIGNEE'S, all my
right, title and interest in and to that certain Pasure Lease
between Kyle Clement and City of Paris, dated July 21, 1988.
ASSIGNEES will be responsible for all terms and conditions stated
in said assumed lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this assignment is executed on the ____
