1997-009-RES WHEREAS, CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE II, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF COPY AS THE PLUMBING CODE
RESOLUTION NO. 97 -009
WHEREAS, Chapter 25, Article II, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, known
as the Plumbing Code, provides that annual registration fees for certified backflow prevention
device testers be established by the City Council from time to time; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
registration fee for a certified backflow prevention device tester shall be $50.00 per annum.
