1998-170-RES WHEREAS, THERE EXISTS A VACANCY ON THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE P&Z COMM
RESOLUTION NO.

WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris due to the resignation of Eva Flenniken, and it is necessary to
appoint her successor; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, does hereby recommend
the appointment of Bill Coleman to serve the unexpired term of Eva Flenniken, which ends
December 31,2000; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that Bill
Coleman be, and he is hereby, appointed to serve the unexpired term of Eva Flenniken, which
ends December 31, 2000, as a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Paris.
