1998-167-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL IS IN RECEIPT OF A RECOMMENDATION
RESOLUTION NO. 98-167
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in receipt of a recommendation from
the Main Street Advisory Board to establish as the Main Street Historical District that property
shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A and the additional property described on Exhibit
B; and,
WHEREAS, such map and description will establish the boundaries of the Main Street
project and would be useful in the development of the City's master plan; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that such map and description be approved and
adopted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
map attached hereto as Exhibit A and the property described on Exhibit B be, and the same are
hereby, approved and adopted as the boundaries of the City of Paris Main Street Historical
District.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of Decemb r, 1998.
