1998-160-RES WHEREAS, COP HAS RECEIVED VARIOUS GRANTS FROM THE TEXAS DEPT OF
RESOLUTION NO. 98-160
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has received various grants from the Texas Department of
Housing and Community Affairs; and,
WHEREAS, at least two (2) authorized signatories are required for the financial
documents and transactions associated with the Texas Department of Housing and Community
Affairs program; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the
following elected offices and staff positions be, and the same are hereby, appointed as authorized
signatories on financial documents and transactions associated with the Texas Department of
Housing and Community Affairs Programs - HOME, TCDP, and TCF:
City Manager
Project Coordinator
Director of Finance
Data Processing Manager
