1998-149-RES WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL DID HERETOFORE ON THE 14TH DAY RESOLUTION NO. 98-149 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 14th day of September, 1998, in Resolution No. 98-136, approve the Auctioneer Service Agreement with Reggie McDowra to auction a list of surplus personal property from the several departments of the City of Paris; and, WHEREAS, it is deemed appropriate that the items listed in Exhibit A, attached hereto, which items no longer serve a useful purpose for the City of Paris and its operation, be declared surplus and added to the list of surplus property to be auctioned on October 24, 1998 at the Fair Ground Coliseum Building in Paris, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P ARlS, that the personal property described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be, and the same is hereby, declared to be surplus property of the City of Paris and the same may be disposed of in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the Charter of the City of Paris; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said property be added to the list attached as Exhibit A to the Auctioneer Service Agreement with Reggie MeDowra Auctioneer Service.
