Agreement for Legion Airport Properties, West of

Acquisition Co. LLC.

6. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
A. Revising Section 31.65 (b) of the Code of Ordinances ofthe City of Par!s
and revising the Traffic Control Map to provid~ for a 20 M.P.H. School'
Zone on Aikin Drive from the east curb line of the intersection of NE 30th
Street and Aikin Drive to the west boundary of property owned by the
Paris Independent School District.
B. Revising Section 31.65 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris
and revising the Traffic Control Map to remove three (3) angle parking
spaces and replace them with two (2 )parallel parking spaces on the

C. Revising Section 31.65 (b) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris
and revising the Traffic Control Map to provide for stop signs at the
following location:
Stop SE 32nd Street at Clark Lane, stopping south.bound traffic on SE
32nd Street.
D. Providing that the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas,
be amended' by revising Sections 16.22 and 16.27 (ij of said code;
providing for a new definition for tires and establishing guidelines and
rates for the pickup of tires.

A. Authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary
documents associated with entering into an ~ntarlocal Agreement with
TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool.
B. Auth~rizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary
documents associated with entering'into a Run Out Administrative
Agreement with TML Intergovernmental Employee B.enefits Pool.
C. Authorizing the City Manager to execute any and ail necessary
documents associated with entering into a Continuation of Coverage
Administrative Agreement with TML intergovernmental Employee
Benefits Pool.
D. Authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary
documents associated with entering into a Health Reimbursement
Arrangement Plan and a Section 125 Flexible Spending Account with
TML Intergovernmental Employee Benefits Pool.
E. Amending Resolution No. 2005.144 Establishing Guidelines and Criteria
Governing Tax Abatement. Incentives.
F. Certifying funding and support for the Statewide Transportation
Enhancement Program Nomination Form 2006 with the Texas
. Department of Transportation for the application to receive funding for
sidewalk and other improvements in the downtown area.

Department of Transportation for the application to receive funding to

authorizing the execution of a Grant Agreement for TxDOT Project No.
AM2006P ARtS.
I. Accepting Visionaries in Preservation Grant.
J. Approving and authorizing a Professional Services Agreement between
the City of Paris and Hayter Engineering, Inc. for monitoring under the
2006 Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
