ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b)
OF SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; REMOVING 3 ANGLE
PARKING SPACES AND REPLACING THEM WITH 2
PARALLEL SPACES; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND
PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FORAN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
APRIL 1, 2006.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the Traffic Map adopted in Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same is hereby,
amended to include the following area:
"Remove 3 angle parking spaces on the west side of the 100 block of
SW 1 st Street at the intersection of West Kaufman Street and replace
them with 2 parallel parking spaces. "
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be effective on Apri11, 2006.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March 2006.
