I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears t,at the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions:
1. Show the lot as Block A, Lot 1, remove the line separating the lots.
2. Change the spelling on the survey abstract from Reddin to Reding (two locations).
3. Label the "Surveyors Certification".
4. Label the "Field Notes".
5. In the field notes, second paragraph, first sentence remove "a Found".
6. Add a space after the date in the surveyors certification.
7. Add a five-foot utility easement along the frontage of West oak Ave.
8. Remove "w' SIR @ Point of Beginning", "SURVEY #05-261" and "SHEET 11 OF 3
SHEETS" from the drawing.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
