SUBJECT: B.D.T. Subdivision Replat
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Label the Dedication Statement and Surveyors Certification.
2. Provide a 15- foot utility easement on the entire West side of lot 1.
3. Change the month in the lower right hand comer title block to April.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
