SUBJECT: Morrell Place Replat
I have revieweq the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the property owner.
2. Label the Dedication Statement and Surveyors Certification.
3. Change the spelling of the survey abstract name from Reddin to Reding (two locations).
4. Add "Block A" to the Title area.
5. Show the existing finished floor elevations for the existing building and lots.
6. Show the drainage easement on Northwest side of lot 1. ,
7. Crosshatch the ingress & egress easement on lots 1,2 and 3A.
8. Change the utility easement width on lot 3A to IS-feet.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
