Consideration of and action on an ordinance finding that the existing natural gas distribution rates of Atmos Mid-Tex should be reduced; ordering Atmos Energy Corp., Mid-Tex Division, to reduce its existing rates within the City of Paris. 6. Second reading of an ordinance granting to TXU Electric Delivery Company, its successors and assigns, the non-exclusive right to use and occupy right- of-way within the City of Paris for the construction and operation of an electric transmission and distribution system, and prescribing conditions governing the use of the public rights-of-way in the City of Paris. 7. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A. Approving an application for an Automobile Theft Prevention Grant, authorizing the execution of any and all documents necessary for acceptance and implementation of said grant upon notice thereof. B. Opposing the proposed Hugo, Oklahoma to Valley South Substation Transmission Line Project, going around and through the east and south sides of Paris, by Brazos Electric Cooperative, Inc. 8.
