SUBJECT: City Block 321, Lot I-B
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Add "May 2006" to the Title Block.
2. Provide a name for the plat and label the lot as Block A, Lot 1.
3. Show the current zoning as commercial.
4. Add a 15-foot utility easement along the east side of the lot.
5. Show the existing lot configuration on an inset.
6. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Depm1ment for review. The
plan should include: grading, drainage and proposed construction.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
