SUBJECT: City Block 94, Lot 12 and 13
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exceptions.
]. Provide a name for the subdivision and label as lots I, 2 and 3 of Block A.
2. Remove the line in the middle oflot 13 (in the existing lot layout).
3. Show a three-foot Right-of- Way (ROW) dedication for N. Main St.
4. Show a five-foot ROW dedication on 15t St. N.W.
5. Change the field notes oflot 13 paragraph three to "North 89-53-29 West".
6. A couple of bearings and distances need to be moved because of overlap: North side of
lot 12 and East side of lot 13A.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
