SUBJECT: Town North Estates No.2, Block 3, Lot 1 Replat
1 have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Provide a contact person for the owner.
2. Revise the adjacent subdivision name to Paris Town Crossing Addition.
3. Add the subdivision name (as listed above) to the title block.
4. Change the date in the title block to May 2006.
5. Extend the 20-foot utility easement that parallels Loop 286.
6. Add a IS-foot utility easement that will connect the 20-foot easement in No,S to the
existing 20-foot easement on the east side of the subdivision.
7. Provide a finished floor elevation.
8. Title the dedication statement and surveyor's certification.
9, Change the 20-foot utility easement at the creek to a 30-foot drainage easement.
10. Delete part of the existing 10- foot utility easement on the east side of the original lot to
allow for the building construction.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items,
