SUBJECT: Prospera Place Final Plat
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. The water line has not been
completely constructed and it must pass a pressure and bacteriological test before we can accept
the water line. The latest construction plans show the water to be diverted into inlets and piped
to the property to the West. The water can not be legally discharged onto another property
without consent and dedicating a suitable off-site drainage easement to the City of Paris. I
recommend denial of the final plat.
