SUBJECT: West Cherry Place
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Dedicate five-foot of Right-of-Way along Cherry Street. The lot 1 north property line
will need to be shifted five-feet to the north.
2. Remove the 25- foot building line from Cherry Street and show a 10- foot side yard
setback. The houses on both lots shall front NW 3rd Street.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
