SUBJECT: Meadow Park Addition Master Plat
I have reviewed the master plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the master plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions.
1. Label the current zoning.
2. Provide elevations for all of the master plat.
3. Show the current zoning.
4. The creek that flows through the proposed phase IV and the future areas shall be at least
concrete lined per the City of Paris Code of Ordinances, Appendix B-Subdivision
Regulations, Section VIII. E. Drainage.
I recommend approval of the master plat upon completion of the above items.
