SUBJECT: Meadow Park Business Addition Final Plat, Block A, Lots 1-3

I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions:
1. Label the comer monuments as S.I.P. (set iron pin).
2. Change the five-foot utility easement along the South side of U.S. 82 to 1 a-feet wide.
3. Label the Approval Certification on the plat.
r recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
