SUBJECT: Spur 139 Business Park, Block A, Lot 1
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exception.
1. Change May 2006 to June 2006 in the Title Block.
2. Add Block A after lot 1 in the Title Block.
3. Add a 1 O-foot utility easement along Spur 139.
4. Show the storm sewer pipe location (grayed out) on the plat.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
