MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING
PARIS-LAMAR COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH
The Paris-Lamar County Board of Health held its regular meeting, Tuesday May 16, 2006, at
the Paris-Lamar County Health Department. Board members in attendance include Dr. Caroline
Wilson, Dr. Bert Strom, Dr. Wally Kraft, and Dr. David Carpenter. Others in attendance
included Mr. Tony Williams, Judge Superville, Mr. Anthony Bethel, Ms. Martha Jo Anderson,
and Mrs. Carla Rhodes.
The meeting was called to order at 6:40 PM.
Ms. Martha 10 Anderson states she is seeing twenty-nine prenatal patients which doesn't leave
time for seeing other patients. She is requesting a cap on the number of prenatal patients she
sees.
Dr. Carpenter states to put a cap at 20 prenatal patients. Other board members present are in
agreement.
Mr. Bethel presented budget, covering budget line by line, discussing changes requested for
FY200? .
Dr. Carpenter request, budget for board members, with total revenue and total expenses for all
programs.
Meeting adjourned at 8:10 PM.
