SUBJECT: Hickory House Addition Final Plat
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the final plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions:
1. Provide a finished floor elevation for the proposed building.
2. Add Right-of-Way (ROW) to the dedication statement.
3. Dedicate a portion of ROW at the northwest comer for the traffic signal control boxes.
1 recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
