Re: Culbertson Mini Golf Course
This letter is to request an immediate release from all obligations relating to
the lease agreement between myself and the city concerning the mini golf course at
Culbertson Park.
I have spent several thousand dollars renovating, decorating, and repairing the
facilities and have spent several thousand dollars advertising and promoting the
course but still, this business endeavor has been a financial disaster for me and I can
no longer keep it afloat.
"
,I
The location is apparently bad for a commercial endeavor and the reputation
earned over the years prior to my attaining the course has proven impossible to
overcome.
In good faith, I have given it my best shot, but, the costs of rent, utilities,
insurance, equipment, advertising and staff grossly outweigh any realistic income
potential and I simply can not continue to pour money and resources into Culbertson
mini golf.
I pray your relief.

Godspeed.. .
Mike Grigsby
