1998-102-RES WHEREAS, TERMS OF OFFICE OF JAMES BRUNETTE, EDMOND CASTLEBERRY
RESOLUTION NO. 98-102
WHEREAS, the terms of office of James Brunette, Edmond Castleberry, and
Thomas R. Bunch, as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
June 30, 1998: and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Charles H. Neeley, has reappointed
James Brunette and Edmond Castleberry, and has appointed Toni Clem for terms of one
(1) year, beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, and has submitted the names
of such persons to the City Council for confirmation; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O}' PARIS, that
the reappointments of James Brunette and Edmond Castleberry and the appointment of Toni
Clem as members of the Band Commission of the City of Paris for terms of one (1) year,
beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999, be, and the same are hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of July, 1998.
